Vanessa is the Founder of the Female Pleasure Society, where they bring female health into web3. She founded her first startup 2,5 years ago and fell in love with the NFT & web3 space 1,5 years ago. She’s passionate about NFTs and the thought of ownership behind the tokens. Her mission is not only to bridge web2 and web3 but also to break taboos around women´s sexuality as well as female health!

Niamh (Neeve) O’Connell is senior business development manager at CasperLabs. Niamh is a blockchain expert and has been at the forefront of the blockchain evolution since 2016. She is a co-founder of BlockW, a female-led initiative providing a platform for communication, education, and the discussion of ideas relating to careers in blockchain. Earlier in her career (2016), Niamh served at Deloitte and was a founding team member that set up and scaled the company’s blockchain lab for Europe, Middle East and South Africa. She was also part of a small team that set up ConsenSys Ireland in 2018 and eventually joined ConsenSys U.S in 2020, working with Treum to build out a SaaS blockchain supply chain platform and co-lead the company’s customer adoption division. Additionally in 2018, Niamh worked on the first few production-grade blockchain applications for consumer-packaged goods and in the food & agriculture industry. Niamh was named 2018 “Blockchain Leader of the Year” at the Dublin Tech Summit and has co-authored numerous blockchain studies. Niamh holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin.

Jessie began her career in tech over 8 years ago, starting at a vocational high school for computer networking, where she used her role as the only female in the class to advocate for women in STEM through community conferences, presentations, and even radio commercials. After graduating high school, she went on to get her Master's in Information Technology Management from Western Governor's University. In her career, Jessie has held a variety of roles from cybersecurity analyst, Linux system administrator, to her role now as the Senior Technical Writer at Filebase, a decentralized web3 cloud storage provider. She writes everything from technical documentation, blog posts, and social media threads, to Whitepapers and eBooks that help educate her audience on Web3 and the important role that decentralized storage plays in the ecosystem.

Several years ago Heather began as a recreational crypto investor after beginning a friendship with a Bitcoin miner. After success, their network of friends wanted in on the fun. With a diverse group of investor friends, their institutional crypto fund, CoinKings, was born.

With the launch of that fund, it became glaringly obvious the lack of female participation in crypto and web3. Heather started CoinQueens as a compliment to the fund to help onboard and educate women.

Through the success of her IRL happy hour events titled, Wine, Women & Wallets she realized current web3 leaders should have access to her product and platform to create a network effect of opening female owned wallets, while also giving them an opportunity to generate revenue. CoinQueens launched August 2022 with 30 web3 powerhouses ready to onboard their IRL communities to web3 and cement their place as web3 advisors.

Alexis works to facilitate collaboration between nonprofit organizations and crypto donors. Before joining Endaoment, Alexis worked as a philanthropic advisor and development professional. She earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and now lives in Washington DC.

Molly Dickson is a fashion photographer and collage motion artist. She is also the founder of Computer Cowgirls, an NFT collection launched in response to the restrictive Texas abortion ban in February.
