I Love Panini

This time I found the Panini deliciousness I am after, not once but twice maybe three times. I went to Tastiko Restaurant in Trento and it was unbelievable, I also drove to Bolzano in Piazza delle Erbe to try Sonia Ebner's perfect Hot Dog, to final finishing the Trentino Region in Riva del Garda at this beautiful Restaurant called Panem.  I am glad to say that Trentino Alto Adige didn't disappoint. Here in this Region of Italy Trentino Alto Adige, near Trento area to be specific, I be gathering my thoughts for few days and figure out my itinerary, to see how to start this beautiful tour, so I decided to start with four places, all good in their own way of course. I will spend some time in Trento and Rovereto, I think I found some good Panini, or maybe not. I am also trying for the first time an octopus panino.

I am going deep down to Tuscany guys, Tuscany has to be the world's most loved region of Italy by far, not much to disagreeing here of course, from fine wines to History to the landscapes to the borghi, the food, the fashion to the bustling cities like Florence, the cultural capital of Tuscany, And Sienna, Lucca, San Gimignano, Montepulciano and much more of curse... ...Next on the Panini tour is Umbria the Green heart of Italy When driving around Italy, we always try to make Umbria part of our stops no matter what, in the center of Italy Located Just a few hours south of Florence and a few hours North of Rome This less popular region is a better option to stay sometimes if you want to steer away from touristy areas like the usually crowded big brother neighbor Tuscany or the super crowded Lazio area.... After Umbria i will drive down to Civitavecchia and take a ferry to the island of Sardinia here we are Sardegna guys, I have never been, you have no idea how excited I am about this part of my tour Sitting in the middle between the Mediterranean and the tyrrhenian sea Sardegna is the vacation spot for the deluxe elite people and their super Yachts During the summer, bringing in the who is who in the VIP world and home of some of the most expensive hotel rooms in the world. Beautiful places like Baja Sardinia, Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo in the Costa Smeralda with white sandy beaches and a colorful scenario that changes constantly especially during the summer days Sardegna still maintains its natural wild and incontaminated beauty afterall.

Let's talk about Emilia Romagna  Let's do a quick recap on what kind of food The Emilia Romagna Region has to offer We are home of wonderful foods such as Prosciutto di Parma Culatello Mortadella Parmigiano Reggiano Il Ragu Bolognese Tortellini Balsamico di Modena La Piadina and much more I mean this Region is like an orgie of flavors guys, and that's just the food Then you have the beautiful and unique history in cities like Bologna, Parma, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna is just unimaginable and fascinating to say the list, Unfortunately or fortunately for you guys since History is not my strength On this Podcast We are not going to talk about the Renaissance, the Etruscans, Napoleone or not even about the beautiful towers of Bologna, and honestly not even about Maranello and the Ferrari, or Ducati nor lamborghini for that matter.. What can I say more about Ferrari that car historians and professionals haven't told us already, what more can I add to make the perfect Luxury Sports machine like Lamborghini sound better? How sexy can I describe my favorite motorcycle brand Ducati? What can I say about the thousand plus years Old towers of Bologna that historians and amateur travelers haven't reported to us already? Nothing, This Region is a power house of History, Speed, fashion, traditions and Food So let the pros talk about those beautiful and interesting things. We are here for the food guys, specifically for Panini.
