<p>Denzil Eden engineered an amazing conversational AI tool way before ChatGPT hit the news. Her product Smarty can organise your calendar with just a few words, and plays the role of your personal assistant.</p>
<p>Denzil has degrees in computer science & AI from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard, but found that the market wasn’t ready for her advanced product for a long time - and that pitching her startup now is a very different process now that people understand slick chatbots.</p>
<p>We talk about why AI literacy is so important, and what she would do differently if she started again today (spoiler alert: she wouldn’t build the tool just yet!).</p>
