<p>There comes a point in all of our lives where we experience being lost or not motivated to do anything, and also the total opposite where the train never stops and you have this unlimited drive and nothing can stop it. After having a few deep conversations with friends, I had to express these thoughts because I myself was in this boat recently and it&apos;s hard to pin point what the issue is when it comes to getting started and sometimes we stay motivated for the wrong reasons. Not saying it&apos;s a bad thing but to truly understand why the motivation is gone or why it is there you need to understand YOU. Then ask yourself this question.
