<p>Finding and building a comfortable space to be vulnerable can be hard. Finding the perfect support system can be just as tough but when you find that supportive system the work begins. You must treat it with care and show its value the same way they are in your corner. Those in the circle will be the ones that cheer you on, tell you the hard news and will also get in the mud with you. They will have you in your focus until you can breathe free. <br/><br/>Today I want to speak on &quot;The Strong Friend&quot;, it is no different than the support system mentioned above but this person deserves this single title. This individual can take the pain, sadness, happiness and anything in between and make it bearable or 10x better. Being real is something that I live by and having a strong friend will be there in that capacity all the time.
