The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient Indian poem that follows the conversation of Arjuna (who represents any man) and Sri Krishna (the Divine/ Godhead/ All Supreme). This epic is an analogy for the internal war within and gives instructions to reach Samadhi (enlightenment/ Nirvana). The first episode of a series on the Gita, Shannon and Shae give an overview and share their reactions to this life changing text.
