In this episode Lisa talks me through her child birth and how her 3 day induction lead to a 12 hour labour. She details how after having a vaginal birth,  her placenta got stuck and she needed an Emergency C-section to deliver it. She has since suffered Postpartum anxiety due to the trauma of her birth and has since found healing in subsequent births.
