I was so happily surprised at the direction, talking about taking your power back, and how menopause is a GIFT to women, because for possibly the first time in our lives, we are forced to put our own needs first - and that was definitely not a thought I had about menopause...Not too long ago Geeta was a newly divorced mom of 3, homeless without a solid plan.
