I met Lauren Lovejoy last fall in a Women in Regenerative Agriculture group and was so silly excited to learn that she was the creator of the Red Hen app that I already had on my phone. Ren Hen app is a farm finder, so wherever you are, you're able to support small farmers- you can message and set up a meeting and pay for stuff all through the app - it's kind of like a mobile farm stand! The Red Hen app is still relatively new, so the more people using it, the more effective it is. There's a bread baker and a few farmers about an hour from me so far - I wonder how many farms are close to you?Red Hen website is here: https://www.redhenapp.com/ - you can sign up as either a customer or a farmerRed Hen is on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/redhenapp/You can find it on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/RedHenApp/Send me a message!Support the showLike this episode?
