<p>Porn. It's impossible to escape it. It's as ubiquitous as the air we breathe nowadays, and it comes in many forms. Men and women both struggle with it and are forced to deal with the ensuing <strong>shame</strong>, deserved or otherwise. It's unfortunate that young people are not better equipped to deal with their sex drives.</p><p>In light of this real need, I decided to share some of my thoughts and offer a clarifying perspective along with some meandering advice and insights on how to navigate this complex topic. I hope you find it helpful. Things aren't as bleak as you might have been taught to think.</p>
