After the discovery of the ship’s logbook, the team has confirmed that the name of the ghost ship is The Flying Fish and that the crew was killed by a mysterious explosion on board. Though these clues are important, they do not illuminate the reason the ship and its ghostly crew have returned to Boston now.

The remaining grandchildren of the Great Houses of Emerson, Gray, and Bartlett are now temporarily safe within the Faraday Cage Granville built at House Emerson. Caitlin has told Samuel and Granville that Jimmie admitted to visiting Lizzie, Charles Emerson’s granddaughter, but it was to warn her not kidnap her. Unfortunately, the news that awaited Caitlin when she returned to the office was dire indeed. The grandchildren of both House Gray and House Bartlett had disappeared without a trace.
