<p>Deep into the 23rd Century. Zaphyr, rich in valuable sapphires, is Earth’s newest colony. A murder has occurred there. Tiago Rollo, a young cadet, has been assigned with leading a manhunt to find the murderer.</p><br><p>Tiago Rollo is not your average cadet. Shorter and more sensitive than the other cadets, he is something of a misfit, but there is a quality about him that leads the Captain to believe he is the best man for the job.
