April 14, 2026 The Jōrni Podcast Episode 377 - The Power of Far Infrared Therapy with Phil Wilson Heat has been used for centuries in therapy settings and in our modern world, we can take this ancient healing path to new levels. Far infrared light can support circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing, adding another layer to how we approach holistic health. Beyond traditional sauna models, far infrared has been associated with detoxification, heart rate variability, and support for the parasympathetic nervous system. As research continues to expand, it highlights new possibilities for how frequency-based approaches may influence our health long-term. PHIL WILSON Phillip Wilson received an honors degree in mathematics in 1970 and then spent 5 years studying the history and philosophy of mathematics in graduate school. In 1970, he had an out-of-body experience and a kundalini awakening. These two incidents made Phil very sensitive and propelled him from the world of mathematics into the world of Holistic Health. In 2002, Phil was introduced to the Relax Far Infrared Sauna.
