My audience voted to have my 2024 recap split into 3 parts. Part 1 is the personal stuff. This year was a year of learning to surrender. I had to let go of old identities that were no longer serving me. It's not been easy, but it has to be done. Each year gets better as I become more of the powerful feminine woman I am. 2024 was for good practice around expressing my truth and honoring my boundaries in the face of fear. I decided to do a 5 day fast for my first ever fast. I needed a total reset mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've been in a slump for months and needed to get out of my mind and into my body. I also set an intention at the beginning of the month of December that I would use the last month of the year to cleanse, release, clear and let go of anything that wasn't serving me. This fast was exactly that. It was the perfect timing too since it's been raining non-stop here in Thailand. I'm so excited to share this story with you because I hope to encourage you to do something (maybe fast, maybe something else) that is nourishing for your mind, body, and spirit. First time doing a IG live in well over a year and wow it felt so good. I had so much to share and I thought instead of live streaming it on Youtube, I could livestream it on Instagram. Today I talk about everything I'm going through right now. I'm so grateful for the challenges and obstacles of uncertainty and chaos I'm facing at the moment because its making me face my deepest wounds and work on releasing them. It's so freeing to express ourselves authentically and its through facing our fears through right action that we move towards more self love and embodiment.
