Overthrow was formed in 1996 in Long Island NY and released their debut album "React" through Triple Crown Records, played some big shows early on in their career and a few reunion shows along the way. They are now back after many years releasing a brand new album "Setting The Price" available to stream everywhere now. Anthony and Chris come on to give us some insight into the new record, some history of the band, and much more.

We are back! its been a few months since we released anything but we have been busy. Inspired by some of the recent hip-hop sequel albums being released recently "Alfredo 2", "Supreme Clientele 2", "Muddy Waters 2" and so forth. We wanted to take a look back on some of the first and second albums in hip-hop and give our take on whether the sequel lives up to, or tops the previous. Hardesty was a short lived band in the Seattle area around 2000-2003. They originally released an 8 song EP and recorded a handful of other tracks that never seen the light of day up until recently when Indecision Records decided to release the EP and the unreleased tracks on a very limited vinyl release.

Vocalist "Eagle" of the band came on the show to give us a back story on the band and what they have been up to between then and now, some of the other projects they have been working on, an upcoming reunion show, and more! Check it out streaming everywhere today.
