Jeanelle is a mom in Australia, managing life with a 15-week-old baby and a 2-year-old toddler. Her husband works away from home for two-week stretches, so they have chosen to have a live-in demi-pair to get Jeanelle her own much-needed time for 20 hours/week for resting and running her business, The Intuitive Parent (you can also find her @intuitiveparentau). Intuitive parenting practices she incorporates in her own parenting include elimination communication and bed sharing.

Jerome and Caitlin share an update on their family routine, with Jerome being a stay-at-home dad to their 3-year-old, Charlie. Charlie has started preschool and dropped her nap since we last shared, making Jerome's job harder and Caitlin's job doing bedtimes easier. Hear our previous family episodes 12 and 40, and hear Caitlin's mentioned episode of the Golden Hour birth podcast here (season 1, episode 76).

Reesa and her husband grew up with unhealthy parenting patterns modeled in their households, and are working to parent their two boys differently (8 and 10 years old). Reesa shares their approach to breaking cycles, watching the boys gain more independence, family chores, and their "coin" system that the boys use to pay for privileges. Reesa has her own podcast, Real Family Eats, where parents share their struggles while teaching her a recipe. You can find it and more of Reesa's links here.
