During his 13 years as a Senior Facilities Manager Richard completed an Executive MBA where he discovered and followed his passion for professional coaching. A few years later he earned his credentials with the International Coach Federation. He has been coaching since 2015 and in 2018 he made the career change to coach full-time. For Richard coaching is more than a career, it is his life mission. He is uniquely skilled at helping clients identify patterns and make changes needed to experience greater success.

Richard and his dynamic wife Andrea are proud parents of 5 children, they have learned how to be present in a fast-paced life and cherish the moments they all have together. They love games, sports, camping, and the outdoors and have a deep love for serving others.
