Take The North: A Chicago Bears Podcast

After the Bears earned a massive win against the Seahawks, it's the Buccaneers who are next up. Before we look ahead to the Bucs game, Dan Wiederer and Mark Grote have leftover thoughts on Chicago's win in Seattle. This team is being looked at differently after that game. There are also injury notes for the Bears. Left tackle Braxton Jones will miss the remainder of the season, and fellow left tackle Theo Benedet seems to be a little banged up. What's the status of the left tackle spot? Meanwhile, the addition of defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons has clearly added a lot of juice to the Bears locker room. Plus, quarterback Caleb Williams continues to play at a high level.

Our own Dan Wiederer joined David Haugh and Jarrett Payton on 104.3 The Score in Chicago to discuss how the Bears are being viewed after beating the Seahawks, 34-17, on their home field.

Mark Grote and Leila Rahimi discussed how impressive it was for the Bears to go into Seattle and beat the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks, 34-17.

The Bears went into Seattle on Monday Night Football and walked away with a dominant 34-17 win! Mark Grote and Leila Rahimi react to what we saw. Defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons showed just how much of a game-wrecker he is, and quarterback Caleb Williams and the offense continuously answered the Seahawks when they needed to. This was quite the statement win.

Dan Wiederer explains for Mark Grote how the Bears hold an extra bit of belief after they traded for All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons.
