How Anxiety Affects Weight Loss with Idalis Velasquez

I wanted to record this episode with Dr Sylvia K because I struggle (as do many of us) with comparing ourselves to others on social media. So how can we enjoy social media without beating ourselves up for not being as successful/thin/happy/grounded etc as people we follow and admire??? Comparison isn&apos;t always bad...it can be used as a tool to take accountability.  We have the power to see someone else&apos;s success and recognize that we have that same ability in us to be that successful. It&apos;s all about self awareness and observation, baby! So let&apos;s stop scrolling and looking for problems...let&apos;s scroll and admire and be inspired. At the same time- it&apos;s important to recognize when your body is being HARMED by comparison...if you&apos;re FEELING negative sh$t going on in your body...stop scrolling. Stop the Comparison Trap on Social Media with Dr Sylvia K

There&apos;s this misconception that weight loss and being healthy is an &quot;all or nothing&quot; mentality.  BODi super trainer, Autumn Calabrese, is here to debunk this myth and make weight loss and Gut health achievable.
