in this episode i attempt to break down how to heal from complicated relationships. healing is even harder whenever you can't walk away from those relationships. i also break down my own self discovery of being an angry person and how to better myself from it. with discovering anger, you sometimes uncover resentment as well, which is something else i discuss and how i've personally healed from it throughout the years.

in this episode i talk about the trials and tribulations that come with learning how to balance being independent whilst also knowing when to ask for help. it definitely isn't always easy to do so. i also discuss my own personal experiences with grieving certain chapters of your life while continuing to grow from them at the same time.
