So my Tiktok "followers" told me I should do a podcast, so here it is.Yes, that is correct; I am a 40-plus-year-old twice divorced man on Tiktok. Anymawho, I digress; there is a lot more to me than that.I'm a dad, an author, a friend, a son, a brother, a health coach, a life coach, and the list goes on and on.Maybe by listening to this podcast, you will learn more about me. You might even learn a little something about yourself.In everything I do, I do my best to help at least one person find the drive to make it through one more day.
