This is a podcast focused on mental health. It is meant to be a resource to share experiences and provide a network for people going through different stages in their lives. I will be sharing about my personal experiences and how I overcame the biggest trauma in my life. Healing is not linear, and I hope this can be a place where vulnerability is seen as a strength.
