She had no coping tools and she kept running away from all her emotions, feelings & wounds that took form into eating disorders, drinking, partying, etc. In her late 20's she experienced a series of divine interventions. She got the message and stopped running and started her healing journey. Counseling, yoga, breathwork, somatic healing & energy healing modalities allowed her to reconnect with her gifts & find self love.</em></p>
