What is it really like to live the life of a top-level gymnast?

In the very first of our special podcasts recorded LIVE at the World Gymnastics Championships that's the question, we're trying to answer.

Our host, Ngunan Adamu took to the stage in the Fanzone alongside gymnast Kelly Simm (winner of Britain's first-ever World Championship Team medal in 2015) and Olympic medalist Dan Purvis, who has now taken up a coaching role following his retirement.

The pair answer questions on the day-to-day life of a professional gymnast and also take questions from the Fanzone audience.
