<p>Eating disorders can increase <strong>rigid thinking, anxiety, overwhelm</strong>. They can make us less able to tolerate <strong>discomfort </strong>and all the chaos that can come with travel.</p>
<p>People with Anorexia are also more likely to have co-occurring conditions such as <strong>OCD</strong>, <strong>Autism</strong>, and <strong>Anxiety Disorders</strong>. This can add to the overall stress of travel and may mean you need<strong> extra planning &amp; reassurance</strong>. So I hope this episode provides that!</p>
