The discussion brings to life how understanding heat loss, insulation, and how a space is actually used is far more important than simply choosing a technology. The conversation also touches on the role of policy, the need for broader recognition of alternative low-carbon technologies, and the flexibility now available through everything from simple thermostats to fully app-controlled systems.Quote of the Episode:"We've got a huge amount of experience in heating all sorts of different applications… we can pretty much heat anything." Jane Lanceley Jane Lanceley Bio:Jane Lanceley has spent over a decade helping customers understand and adopt low-carbon heating solutions. Over time, this evolved into a sales leadership role, in which she now combines technical expertise with a practical, customer-first approach.Amy Howells Bio:Amy Howells brings a strong background in customer-facing roles across manufacturing and lighting.
