The LA District Attorney just announced first degree murder charges against singer D4vd for the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Authorities say David Anthony Burke invited Celeste to his Hollywood Hills home on April 23rd last year and that was the last time she was seen alive. Burke is also charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and mutilating human remains. Police say there is enough physical and digital forensic evidence to prove Burke murdered the teen, beyond a reasonable doubt.
