FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLAN REVIEW AND BUILDING INSPECTION (Staff contact: Joshua Montemayor, Community Development Assistant Director (707) 449-5361) Recommended Action: By simple motion, authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to the 2023-2024 Agreement for Consultant Services with 4LEAF Inc. and adopt the subject resolution. Fiscal Impact: Amount Requested: 450,000 Funding Source: Community Development Department Fund (2022) Budget Distribution: If approved, the expense augmentation in the amount of $450,000 would be loaded to the department’s operating budget (2022.20.2003.331). In addition, the operating revenue budget would be increased by $250,000 for Building Permits (2022.20.0000.4102) and $200,000 for Building Plan Check by $200,000 (2022.20.0000.4944) Strategic Plan Goal/Initiative: Goal #3 - Protect Vacaville’s Quality of Life Initiative 3A: Promote Housing for All</a></p>
