As we approach the new year, I want to share a different perspective on preparation, one that doesn't revolve solely around setting goals. In this episode I share 5 things that I've been doing that have helped me to close out 2023 with more clarity and less stress, while also setting me up for success in 2024. 1. Declutter your physical space, including clothes, physical items, emails, apps on your phone, voicemails, text messages, and photos. 2. Throw away expired items in your medicine cabinet, pantry, fridge, skincare, and makeup. 3. Book dentist, doctor, therapy, and eye doctor appointments, as well as other necessary check-ups. 4. Make time for your relationships by prioritizing spending time with loved ones and deepening your relationship with yourself. 5. Lean into self-care by prioritizing hydration, rest, boundaries, and nourishing foods.
