Season 3 - Episode 8. Marilyn Monroe or Jackie O? The Evolving Mother with Bri McCorkell
How does one burn it all off while still making sure she brings the oranges to Wednesday night’s soccer practice? For this episode, I’m joined by my friend and fellow practitioner Bri McCorkell- mother, wife and medicine woman. While on the outside Bri may appear as the sweet New Hampshire soccer mom, she’s been in a long, deep and courageous process of sobriety, unbecoming, and truth wielding. She’s met the fire that burns below, ready to emerge into the life she’s built.  We have such a rich conversation exploring what we’re both sensing collectively along with the journey Bri has been on integrating all parts of her into a life with kids and a husband.  To walk this path solo is one thing, but to do it within the commitments of motherhood and marriage is a whole other ballgame.  I’m so excited for you to listen to this and receive the deep, fiery medicine we weave with together.  Topics we touch on: Bringing language to the feminine practice  The great collective pause  The vulnerability in bringing another aspect of self into the light Navigating the unbecoming process while raising children Children as the catalyst for transformation Transformation within relationships  Life’s unique curriculum  The Mother’s NO Emanating Truth vs. criticizing loved ones If you’d like more of Bri, you can follow her on Instagram and Substack (where she has longer form writing) Instagram: @bri.mccorkell Substack: https://substack.com/@brimccorkell Read the poem:  https://open.substack.com/pub/brimccorkell/p/more-than-this-a-love-poem-for-mothers?r=uc2b7&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

Season 3 - Episode 7. Sober Feminine Politics w/ Ginger Kern
NOV 12, 2024
Season 3 - Episode 7. Sober Feminine Politics w/ Ginger Kern
This is a charged topic, during a time of heightened emotions. We are less than a week out from the 2024 election and Donald Trump has been elected - an outcome that I, along with my friend Ginger, had our energy behind. Ginger has been a lifelong Democrat and I am a Canadian Citizens, so we have had different journeys here, but felt a very similar thread and have decided to shed some light on how we arrived at our decisions.  I acknowledge that this conversation may be too much for some people, and I ask that you take care of yourself and only receive what you have capacity for. This is not meant to inflame, but rather illuminate.  Ginger and I originally had this conversation on IG live, 3.5 days after the election and I invite you tune in if you feel curious and open. If you feel angry or combative, I ask that you wait.  It is a real honor to have had this conversation with Ginger and have an opportunity to bring another layer out into the open.  What We Cover:  •the drama triangle & choosing sober sovereignty •difference between “feeling emotions” and {sensing truth} •neutral observation as a superpower in discerning truth •feeling Robert Kennedy Jr’s heart emanation •redeemable vs. irredeemable guilt •feminine descent journey - how to feel-sense a man •expressing when it’s inconvenient •difference between ‘facts’ and ‘truth’ •stages of male development, cc: Allison Armstrong •the Trojan horse of the human body in the ‘fight’ for our planet’s health Get in touch with Ginger: @mythic.feminine and learn more about her work at https://gingerkern.com/

Season 3 - Episode 6. A True Reunion with Chelsea Adair and Justin Ternes

Season 3 - Episode 6. A True Reunion with Chelsea Adair and Justin Ternes
What happens when you drive with your best friend across the country and move in with her and her boyfriend and his brother for 2.5 weeks? Your first in-person podcast! This episode is so special to me in many ways, but most importantly because it’s an intimate and honest conversation with my best friend, Chelsea Adair and her partner, Justin Ternes.  Chelsea and I have been traversing the realms of Love and mature womanhood together for a number of years and witnessing her journey with her heart has been so healing and expansive for me. She was single when we started spending lots of time together in early 2022, and then I watched her navigate a potent transformational relationship, and then eventually end up back in connection with a man she dated 7 years ago, Justin. Talk about REUNION! This episode was recorded from their bedroom in North West Arkansas (Justin’s hometown), where they are beginning a new chapter of life together and it was such a pleasure being in their presence and getting to feel their Love.  Their story is one of Truth, Faith and Responsibility and I am deeply honored to be sharing it with you. They have not spoken about their relationship publicly so this is a really sacred glimpse that I am sure will be medicine for many who are navigating living a faith led life.  Chelsea’s deepest medicine (in my humble opinion) is in the way she leads women to their own embodied relationship with God. She’s been working with women for years and it’s been gorgeous to watch the way she serves.  Justin is committed to making emotional, physical and spiritual health accessible to everyone and has brought his physical therapy, breathwork and coaching expertise back to the local community where he grew up. Together they are making a really incredible impact.  If you want to get to know them both, you can stay in touch below! Season 3 - Episode 5. Am I Willing? Speaking Truth Online w/ Sarah Trudeau

Season 3 - Episode 5. Am I Willing? Speaking Truth Online w/ Sarah Trudeau
This episode is basically a masterclass in it's own right. I'm joined by my friend Sarah Trudeau, who is an incredible writer and spiritual practitioner that really inspires me in her willingness to go through the fire in order to do the True thing. She is someone I deeply respect and am really excited to share her voice and essence with you all. We are in a time where I feel it is so incredibly important for people to be using their voices in service to something greater, and Sarah and I really unpack the process of doing that responsibly. This also happens to be coming out on Oct 7th (totally unplanned) and as you listen, you'll hear us talk about trying to navigate this polarizing, heartbreaking global conflict in a way that feels genuine and authentic, especially when the world projects expectations on how it should be done. You also get a behind the scene glimpse of Sarah's process around a piece of writing that she ended up releasing today, straight from the heart. A few key topics that we speak on in this conversation include: - Speaking up in the face of the woke mob - The spiritual practice of holding oneself in authentic online expression - True spiritual practice in times of global upheaval - Navigating what is ours to speak on and what isn't If you'd like to connect more with Sarah and her work, you can follow her on Instagram @sarah.catherine.trudeau and definitely subscribe to her Substack for her incredible writing.
