<p>In this episode, I'm diving into self-love through daily affirmations! In the parenting self-love journal I created, there is a section to enter an affirmation. If this is a new concept to you, it can be a little overwhelming to <em>find </em>an affirmation, <em>know </em>how to use it <em>and </em>understand what an affirmation is.
