This is a very personal episode where I am sharing not only my own challenges when I became a mother but also the solutions and the practical tools I have been using and teaching to my clients.

  • How we lose twice when we don’t question emotions like overwhelm in motherhood and when we don’t accept others emotions (like frustration, loneliness and grief)
  • What happens when we don’t accept the 50/50 of motherhood (the 50% of “positive” emotions AND the 50% of “negative” emotions)
  • 3 solutions to the emotional tsunami of motherhood: at a systemic level (society and communities) and at an individual level (for yourself)
  • How to hold space for our children to feel all their emotions, because… our children are not (and not supposed to) be happy all the time - by accepting and allowing our own emotions
