<p><strong>Tracey</strong> is the founder of the<em> Womenâs Wellness Exchange</em>, a home base for holistic health fueled by women wellnesspreneurs. </p>
<p>She is also the founder of<em> Adventures Within</em> and hosts womenâs retreats in nature to empower women while helping them explore their sense of adventure. </p>
<p>Tracey is trained as a holistic health coach, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, and the author of <em>This is Me: Exercises and Ideas for Living your Healthiest Life.</em></p>
