The girls are back on the mics this week after a little sabbatical! With H.K. frolicking around in the Florida sun all summer, this week's episode is coming to you from zoom! Over the past two years of her personal training career, and realizing there was just something missing...Madison had a dream stirring in her heart. Even while leading hot yoga classes at the time, she had her own vision to create her own infrared weight-training gym, that focused on accountability, community, and finding movement that actually GROUNDS you. Without a healthy body and mind, it's hard to tend to the soul (the most crucial part of a person). Knowing this, Madison desperately wanted to create an exclusive space where women can seek and find all three. Almost a year ago exactly, this dream was born in a coffee shop, and the within the next month the personal training gym Madison built in her home will be opening up for group fitness classes. We are so excited for her, and what started as an idea is in FULL SWING! In this episode, H.K. interviews Madison and puts her on the hot seat! As ex-collegiate athletes, the girls take you through all the different seasons that movement has brought them, and how exercise has manifested itself in their adult lives. You'll leave with tips, tricks, and vulnerable moments that will inspire you to get moving, or at least find the courage to take a self-diagnostic of where you are.
