<p>Dr. Matt Deeg is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University. He received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Kansas, where he developed a passion for understanding how people thrive and positively impact others. His current research focuses on how people find and experience meaning at work as well as the intra- and inter-personal factors at and outside of work that may foster supportive processes and diminish the impact of stress. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking with his lovely wife, listening to classical music, and playing with his two cats.<br>
