<p>In this episode, we discuss psychological safety, identity,
and mental health with Dr. Niya Blair Hackworth. Niya holds a doctoral degree, from Abilene Christian University, in organizational leadership with her dissertation on the lived experiences, career challenges, and mentoring experiences of Black women athletic directors. As a diversity, inclusion, and equity consultant, she has partnered with K-12 schools, nonprofits, and corporate organizations to provide training, coaching, and strategic planning. She is certified as a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, LLC. With over 13 years of experience in Higher ED, leading and providing workshops on equitable initiatives and supporting historically underserved communities.</p>
