<p>We spoke with Dr. Shane Hunt about his experiences building positive cultures, maintaining a healthy identity, and shifting his career. Shane is the Dean of the College of Business and Michael C. Ruettgers Professor of Marketing at Idaho State University. He has received numerous awards for his teaching and scholarship and is the co-author of three widely-used Principles of Marketing textbooks and a brand-new Professional Selling textbook published by McGraw-Hill. After completing his MBA at the University of Oklahoma, Shane went to work for a Fortune 500 company in Tulsa as a pricing analyst, product manager, and business development manager before completing his Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University. Shane now lives in Pocatello, ID with his wife Jenifer and their two children, Andrew, and Sarah.</p>
