The Trump administration has sought to contain the fallout after a journalist was inadvertently included in a secret group discussion of highly sensitive war plans - we look at how secure the Signal app is. A network of companies operated by a secretive Chinese tech firm has been trying to recruit recently laid-off U.S. government workers, according to job ads and a researcher who uncovered the campaign. The U.S. says Russia and Ukraine have agreed to maritime and energy ceasefires.
