He had moved to the US with his wife after he got out of the banking industry all together. He also changed his last name to Fernandez. </strong></p><p><strong>Not only does Bernard speak of ritual sacrifice of babies as a blood oath of secrecy, he also talks about them working on something to profit off of a pandemic.
