Johnny's bio

When Johnny began his career in Health & Wellness 20 years ago, he never imagined the journey that would lead him to where he is today. He had built a thriving practice as a personal trainer and gym owner, helping people overcome chronic pain, injuries, and surgeries through exercise and nutrition, always encouraging an active, holistic lifestyle.However, despite his best efforts and resources, he couldn't avoid illness himself.

In 2018, he became severely sick with chronic inflammation in the form of Crohn's Colitis. At one point, he thought this disease would take everything from him, including his life. He had no idea that it would ultimately give him a life far greater than anything he had experienced before.

He now sees his experience with autoimmune disease as the greatest blessing of his life. It has shown him that there are greater forces at play in our well-being beyond just diet and exercise. His journey has given him the tools to help others, as well as himself, in ways he never could have imagined. He now sees life is an incredible journey, and he believes wholeheartedly that life's toughest challenges provide us with the greatest opportunities for growth. He says that every day he is thankful for his life and his experience, which now allows him to help so many others.
