Topping his list of targets are brothers Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). The Newman brothers are currently in Vegas, where they encounter Riza Thomas (Tina Casciani), who they suspect is assisting Matt. Meanwhile, back in Genoa City, their family members Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) are receiving threatening messages from Matt.  Y&R spoilers suggest that as part of his horrifying plan, Matt manages to lead Nick into a drug addiction spiral, making him desperate enough to buy drugs from Matt's Vegas-based fentanyl trade. The twisted scheme includes a possibility that Matt might plan to overdose Nick, with the intent of ruining his life. However, given Nick's resilience and the support from his family, including his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), it is expected he will eventually seek rehab. Spoilers for Young and Restless suggest that Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) Matt's unfaithful wife, is another person on his revenge list. Matt's retaliation against Sienna might intertwine with his plans for Noah, who she had an affair with. Matt's potential actions range from kidnapping to physical assault, aiming to inflict maximum emotional damage on Noah. In turn, Matt might lure Noah into a potentially fatal situation, possibly involving drugs or physical harm. More Y&R spoilers hint that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), a previous victim of Matt, is also a potential target. There's a chance he may use her loved ones, particularly Noah, as leverage against her.
