Easy 101 crash course for AB/DLs that want to incorporate strap-on play with their adult diaper fun! We go over the types of harnesses & what to put in them. Then I give some sample verbiage that I enjoy using, plus scenarios and also go over how I do prostate massage as a prelude before the insertion even starts. Sometimes I ramble because I didn't have a proper outline; sorry!!!TIP: If you're having a hard time relaxing to get it in further, cough!
