It's a heavy ep today but an important one.  Ash opens up about his sobriety journey now he's made it to day 100... a milestone he and Matt weren’t sure he’d reach. Ash stopped drinking simply to have a break - but what it unleashed is something bigger than he could've ever imagined and now he's not sure he can go back. It’s a really honest and, at times, emotional chat. We touch on mental health and some of the struggles he’s faced along the way. Importantly though, Ash is in a really good headspace right now and this is him reflecting on some of the tougher times.
