Former collegiate athlete and nurse turned boxing and group fitness enthusiast, Tina P found her new passion after hanging up her basketball shoes and leaving her former career as a nurse. Tina&#39;s passion lies in empowering others to unleash their potential, both physically and mentally fostering a community bound by empowerment.  <br>
Tina shares her wellness journey and what it means to creating her dream. She also gives us a little breakdown on “Boxing 101” in preparation for “EmpowHER Boxing” class she’ll be teaching at this year’s MTM. Expect lots of laughter, banter, and empowerment from this powerhouse of a Womeness!<br>
