Hey there podcast lovers, hold on to your headphones because we’ve got some electrifying news about our app!

We’ve gone and boosted our search function to make it more powerful than ever before. Now, not only can you search for entire podcasts, but you can also search for specific episodes too! It’s like having a magical podcast fairy godmother who can make all your listening dreams come true.

And if that wasn’t enough, we also:

• Updated sort order for Chinese podcasts
• Fixed an issue where the multi-selection header would overlap the search bar on certain devices

Web Player version 3.6.1

Today’s update is all about SPARKLE for visitors from shared podcast links and new subscribers. There’s also a little shimmer for YOU, if you’re clever enough to find the hidden button (hint: it’s not on any pages in the main nav bar). Happy hunting!

New podcast promo pages: When you share a link to your favorite podcast, logged-out friends will now see screens promoting the podcast.

More helpful welcome: New subscribers will be greeted with more-helpful links to download the Desktop and Mobile apps. (There MAY also be confetti. Just saying.)

Polish on logged-out pages: We made a few more tweaks to the styling of login and signup pages, including replacing the font on Windows. Sorry Segoe, you just didn’t feel right!
