On 16 July 2012 three children were killed by their father who then took his own life. 12 year old Samuel, 8 year old Rebecca and 7 year old Charlotte were driven away from their family home in Gloucestershire in England on 12 July and their dead bodies were found 4 days later near Poles Coppice quarry in Shropshire.
