My moment of truth at night 1 of Metallica's 40th Anniversary show in San Francisco.  Depression and trauma often go hand in hand, and during "Welcome Home", my traumatized 16 year old was rescued and set free from a prison of lies. Thank you, Metallica for being a channel for truth to flow and positively impact my mental health.
