Hi. My name is Jen Rulon, and you may know me as Coach Jen, who has done 15 Ironman Triathlons, including the Ironman World Championship. After retiring from the sport, I came to Costa Rica to figure out, "Who is Jen Rulon?" I am an Everyday Healthy Human, just like you, trying to figure out how to age like fine wine, transform into a better version of myself, and find my purpose in this world. In this podcast, we will discuss how to metamorphosize into an everyday healthy human through healthy physical habits, mindsets, and authentic living. We will discuss fitness, including nutrition and strength training. We will be using the mindset of the athlete to help the everyday healthy human thrive. And we will help you become an everyday healthy human living the life you are living right now, wherever your casa is. What I aim for is to provide education and entertainment as you transform from a caterpillar into your own beautiful butterfly 🦋 Let's transform together in this journey called life and become the BEST.
