<div> <p>On March 2, 1998, 19-year-old Suzanne “Suzy” Lyall finished her shift at a software store in Albany, New York, and boarded a bus back to her dorm at SUNY Albany. A friend later reported seeing her get off at her usual stop on campus.</p><p>But Suzy never made it back to her room.</p><p>The following day, her bank card was used at an ATM miles away from campus.
