<p>Spencer Ballinger, a Marion, Indiana native, is a proud Oak Hill High School graduate. During his time there, he was an integral part of the Oak Hill Boys Basketball team that captured the 2018 State Championship.</p> <p>Spencer went on to play collegiate basketball at Huntington University, where he was a dedicated member of the Huntington Foresters for four years.
